Chaser
For freelancers and solos

Unpaid invoices, followed up — so you don’t have to.

Chaser connects to Stripe, or lets you paste an unpaid invoice, then drafts and schedules polite emails to your clients until the money lands. Software you use yourself — not a collections agency.

First few chases are free when we open. No spam, and you can leave anytime.

$2,400

Due Mar 3

Chase plan

  1. Day 0 · Sent

“Quick nudge on March’s invoice — no rush if it’s already in flight.”

  2. Day 5 · Scheduled

A shorter note. Same voice. Still yours.

  3. Day 12 · Last reminder

Firm, still polite. Stops if Stripe marks it paid.

How it works

Four quiet steps between “sent” and “paid.”

  1. 01
    Add an unpaid invoice
Connect Stripe or paste the amount, client, and due date. You’re setting up a reminder — not handing the debt to someone else.
  2. 02
    Review the first note
Chaser drafts a short, polite email in your voice. You approve it. After that, the cadence can run without another Sunday-night rewrite.
  3. 03
    Let the cadence work
Gentle follow-ups on a schedule you choose — day 3, 7, 14, or your own. Pause or rewrite any message before it goes.
  4. 04
    Stop when they pay
When Stripe marks the invoice paid — or you do — the sequence ends. No leftover nudges. No extra awkwardness.

Why Chaser

Built for people who invoice as themselves.

Your name. Your relationship.
Emails come from you. Chaser is the habit you keep meaning to build, not a third party calling your clients.
Professional, not pushy.
The default tone is warm and brief. Firm when it needs to be. Never legal-threat theater.
Fewer invoices living in your head.
See what’s overdue, what’s scheduled, and what can wait — instead of scrolling sent mail at 11pm.

FAQ

Fair questions before you join.

Is Chaser live yet?

Not yet. Chaser is pre-launch. Right now there’s only this waitlist. Join it and we’ll email you once when early access opens.

Who sends the reminder emails?

You do. Reminders go out under your name to your own clients. Chaser is software you run yourself, not a collections agency, and nobody else contacts your clients.

Do I need Stripe?

No. The plan is to connect Stripe if you invoice there, or paste an invoice’s client, amount, and due date by hand if you use something else.

Can I see or change a reminder before it goes out?

Yes. You approve the first note, and you can pause, edit, or skip any later message before it sends.

What happens when the client pays?

The follow-ups stop. With Stripe that happens automatically when the invoice is marked paid. Otherwise you mark it paid yourself.

What will it cost?

The first few chases will be free. After that, the planned prices are about $29/mo for Starter, and Pro will cost more. These are early estimates and could change before launch.

What do you do with my waitlist email?

We use it to tell you when early access opens, and that’s all. We won’t sell or share it, and you can ask to be removed at any time.

Get in before the first chase goes out.

Leave your email. We’ll write when it’s your turn — and the first few chases won’t cost you anything.
